- There are NO name changes permitted. Please put the name of the person attending the FPE as the customer name in your order. You may have to show a photo ID to redeem your purchase upon check in.

- Show time and/or FPE event time listed is subject to change. Email instructions will be sent to any FPE buyers about 3-5 days prior to show date with a confirmed show-day schedule. If you did not receive your FPE instructions within 2 business days of the event, please check your spam folder or click here to contact our customer service team for assistance.

- All sales are final unless the performance is canceled or rescheduled. Customers will receive email notification from our office in this situation. Please note: a refund request deadline will apply for rescheduled shows.
